down Alex Reid’s request
for a date.

model told yesterday how she
met Jordan’s ex-husband on a
night out in her native county.
But when he asked her to join
him for a drink, Amy told him she
was “too busy”.
In her new! magazine column,
she wrote: “Last week I was
pictured talking to Alex Reid on a
night out at Sugar Hut – again,
another man I’ve been wrongly
linked to.
“He came over and asked
if I wanted a drink with
him at his table but I
was too busy having
fun celebrating my
mum’s birthday.
Sorry, Alex!”
It was claimed in
February that
Alex, 35, was keen
to hook up with
Amy after his split
from Kate Price.

A source
at the time
said: “She’s basically a younger
version of Jordan.
“He knows it’ll wind up Kate but
he doesn’t care. He’s looking out
for himself.”
But 20-year-old Amy is clearly
not a fan of the cross-dresser –
although she is a big supporter
of Kate’s fi rst husband Peter
Andre, 38.
She said: “I absolutely love him.
He’s brilliant. I think he’s a great
dad and I think he’s so good
looking. I can’t believe that he and
Jordan split up.”
And she added: “I don’t mind
going out with someone who’s
older and has kids.
“He’s gorgeous.
“I love kids anyway. I
could be their stepmum.”
But Amy admits she
is not such a big fan
of Kate after admitting
the 32-year-old
mum-of-three has
recently “lost it a
bit”.
She added:
“Kate has had
too much work
done.”
