YACHT WRECK COUPLE SAVED
A YOUNG lad took these
dramatic photos of a couple
being rescued after their yacht

The couple, in their 60s, were

after two attempts to get a line
to their 32ft yacht failed.
Hundreds of people gathered
to watch the drama off Corbyn

“badly shaken and distressed”.
Elsewhere tourists had plenty
of fun in the bank holiday sun.
On the north Yorkshire coast

Smith enjoyed building
sandcastles on Saltburn beach.
Last month was offi cially
confi rmed as the warmest April
in 353 years with temperatures
